Head Instructor

We are seeking a professional dependable Head Instructor, highly experienced, and fully certified Pilates and Personal Training Instructor for Core Wellness is a premier mobile wellness provider dedicated to delivering tailored group fitness classes, private training sessions, and expert nutrition guidance. Operating across stunning locations throughout the Cayman Islands, our unique teaching method seamlessly blends elements of strength, flexibility, and mobility training to help clients achieve optimal holistic health.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamic Classes: Deliver engaging group classes (accommodating 10+ participants) as well as specialized private sessions.
• Personalize Training: Design customized workout programs tailored to each client's unique fitness goals, physical needs, and capabilities.
• Provide Nutrition Guidance: Offer expert nutrition tips and lifestyle guidelines to complement client training regimens.
• Drive Growth: Utilize your marketing and sales expertise to help promote classes, attract new clients, and expand the Core Wellness brand.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Level 1 Full/Comprehensive Equipment and Matwork Certification. Stott Pilates Certification with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience across mat, reformer, Cadillac, stability chair, ladder barrel, and barre.
• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification.
• Proven experience managing and teaching large groups (10 or more people).
• Demonstrated marketing and sales background (a must for this role).
• A passion for wellness, adaptability, and working in a dynamic, mobile environment across the Cayman Islands.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Candidate must meet the required health and physical fitness standards for the job position
• Clean Police Record and valid Driver’s license
