CHARTERED SURVEYOR

Nautic Property Consultants is seeking skilled Chartered Surveyors to join their team!

Duties will be but not limited to

• Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecast for all projects phases.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, measurements and material assessments for tendering and procurement.
• Manage and Monitor projects costs to measure alignment with approved budgets.
• Prepare, review, and evaluate contractor bids, quotations and tender documents.
• Oversee contract administration, including preparation of contracts, variations, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to very progress, measure completed works, and assess contractor claims.
• Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to main financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with projects specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to support timely project delivery.
• Provide ongoing financial reporting and updates to support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Education

• Bachelors in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics
