Gardener

We are seeking experienced and dependable Gardeners with of hands-on experience in landscaping and horticulture. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of plant care, be capable of working independently, and contribute to maintaining high-quality outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced landscaping duties including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing lawns and garden beds to a high standard.
• Plan, plant, and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and other greenery, ensuring optimal growth and presentation.
• Identify, diagnose, and treat plant diseases, pests, and soil deficiencies effectively.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and backhoes.
• Assist team members on landscaping projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and sustainability.
• Provide recommendations for landscape improvements and seasonal planting.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, soil management, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (50+ pounds).
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.
