Anchor Tours is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Shore Excursion Assistant to join our operations team. The high season can be demanding and fast-paced, while the low season may involve significantly fewer working days each month. The successful candidate must be comfortable with this seasonal schedule and able to adapt to changing operational demands. ________________________________________ About the Role The Shore Excursion Assistant will support the day-to-day coordination of Anchor Tours' cruise operations and serve as an important link between cruise ships, tour operators, vendors, and the Anchor Tours team. The role focuses on ensuring that all shore excursions are properly scheduled, communicated, and ready for each ship's arrival. The successful candidate will need to be highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple requests and changes, often with tight deadlines. Working hours will vary according to the cruise ship schedule and operational requirements. Work may be conducted from the office, at the port, or remotely when appropriate.
