Retail Sales Associate & Administration Location: Cayman Power Marine Ltd. Type: Full-time Salary based on experience We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused team member to join our retail team. What you’ll do

Assist customers on the sales floor Operate register and handle transactions Help keep, the store clean, stocked, organized Support our in field Marine Technician. Answer phones, file paperwork, and update computer records. Count inventory, label goods, and reorder items. Required Skills

• People Skills: Clear talking and friendly service.
• Computer Use: Basic typing and spreadsheet knowledge.
• Organization: Good time management and detail tracking

Not required initially but the below criteria are helpful for this position

• Customer communication & trust-building – Learning to explain technical issues clearly, manage expectations, and build loyalty
• Service performance metrics – Understanding KPIs, labor sales, and productivity tools to improve efficiency and profitability
• The Service Road to the Sale – Mastering the process to identify and capitalize on opportunities to do business (OTDB)
• Upselling & ethical sales – Recommending legitimate maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer and the deal.
• Process ownership – Ensuring smooth workflows from write-up to handover, minimizing delays and errors
