Petopia Pet Resort & Spa is looking for a full time new member for our team. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests get nothing but the best treatment! we expect nothing less from our staff members. We are a pet resort & spa located in George Town. Our resort offers dog, cat, and sometimes other pet overnight boarding. We also offer doggie daycare, pet grooming, and baths. Full Job Description Feeds and provides daily care for all animals. Clean and maintain cages, kennels, daycare room, and working areas, in such a manner as to provide a germ-free, odorless, and low-stress environment for the animals. Washes food and water bowls daily. Bathes, trim nails, clean ears, and other spa treatments. Ensures that animals are walked and that they receive clean bedding and toys daily. Handles and controls animals checked in. This may include, from time to time, difficult to handle animals. Reports any potential health or behavioral problems involving the animals in our care to the designated Manager/Team Member. Knows all the animals by name and treats each one of them with love and respect. May be requested to administer antibiotics or other oral medications per instructions. Restocks supplies/ unloads vans, wash vehicles. May deliver and pick up animals. (MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE) Customer service duties, from manning the phones, making appointments and reservations, explaining services to new customers, giving tours of the facility. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
