Job Description

T&Z Consulting Ltd. is a consulting company offering expertise and project management in accounting and business systems, primarily Xero, SAP, and Oracle. They cater to organizations of all sizes globally. We are hiring a full-time Administrative Coordinator and seeking a detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in Xero business software. Financial planning expertise and strong organizational and project management skills are preferred to support and transform our business sales. The candidate will advise clients and serve as the Xero expert, ensuring all operational and business needs of T&Z Ltd are met. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support clients with their accounting software, specifically Xero. Recommend and help set up configurations based on their business model. Provide advice and resolve concerns or issues with Xero.
  • Manage and lead client meetings to identify system and process gaps. Develop an implementation plan, offer project management, and provide hands-on support.
  • Assist in identifying new products and bespoke applications suited for T&Z Ltd.’s business model. Conduct market research and collaborate with third parties to address business matters.
  • Validate quarterly budgets and income statements. Assist with general office maintenance, legal matters, and building operations.

Required Qualifications & Education

  • Secondary school diploma required; higher education MBA (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, financial statements, enterprise bidding systems
  • Xero Certified Advisor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Attention to detail with strong project management & organizational, time-management abilities.
  • Core proficiency with written and verbal language tasks. Excellent customer service skills for one-to-one interaction with clients, staff and third-party communications.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and TEAMS.
  • Be able to work independently but also supervise in a team environment.
  • Must be able to adapt/adjust to a fast-paced and remote staffing environment.
  • The candidate must have more than five years of experience relevant to the role.

Salary range: CI$2,800 to CI$5,200 per month depending on qualifiations, knowledge and experience working 37.5 hours per week. Benefits as deemed by law. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Interested applicants may send in their cv’s to: tandzltd@pm.me
