The Captain's Bakery (Cayman) Ltd., an AI-forward and leading establishment, is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to support our financial operations. Applicants must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a commercial food establishment and in assisting with financial operations, including accounts reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll support. Proficiency with accounting software (such as QuickBooks) and demonstrated AI fluency, including the use of AI-assisted bookkeeping, reporting, or analysis tools, is required. Applicants must be honest, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work as part of a team. Standard shifts apply. Salary is C.I. $10.00 per hour, plus health and pension benefits.
