The Group Strategy Consultant is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for shaping and driving the long-term strategic direction of the organization. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO, Board of Directors, and other senior leaders to identify growth opportunities, assess competitive positioning, and ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and operational execution:
Lead the development and implementation of the company’s global strategic plan. Translate vision into actionable goals and ensure alignment across departments and regions.
Continuously monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities
Identify and evaluate potential ventures, partnerships, and acquisitions that support long-term growth. Champion innovation and transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
Establish KPIs to measure strategic progress. Identify strategic risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure resilience and adaptability
Communicate strategic priorities and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including the Board, investors, and key partners.
Collaborate with other C-suite executives (e.g., CFO, COO, CRO) to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated into financial planning, operations, and revenue generation
