Omni Bus Driver

You are expected to provide the best possible service for our clients. You are expected to perform to the best of your ability. Provide a safe environment for all, under the guidance of the owner/manager/ or his designate. Be honest, punctual, professional and dependable at all times.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive vehicle in a safe and legal manner.
• Operate from the Depot and as per the Public Transport Board (PTB) regulations.
• Protect the well being of our clients, and owners.
• Work professionally with other drivers.
• Keep vehicle in a clean and sanitary manner.
• Do not show favoritism with customers.
• Check that bus is in legal standing – Lights, horn and licensing coupon etc.
• Check the bus including oil and water etc. on a weekly basis.
• Make sure the vehicle is parked in a safe environment at the end of the work period.
• Check inside the bus regular and inform PTB Officer/Police of any items found.
• Assist the owners in the best interest of the business if requested.
• Help to prevent unlawful activity - Inform manager or PTB or 911 if necessary.
• Maintain your drivers & Public transport licenses up to date.
• Attend work properly groomed, a clean presentable manner (PTB specified uniform - clothes and shoes) and fresh smelling. A

helpful and courteous attitude is very important.
