The Captain's Bakery (Cayman) Ltd., an AI-forward and leading establishment, is seeking an Administrative Co-ordinator to coordinate administrative and operational support functions. Applicants must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a commercial food establishment and in coordinating administrative and operational support functions, including scheduling, record-keeping, vendor coordination, and general office support. Demonstrated AI fluency, including the use of AI-assisted productivity, scheduling, or reporting tools, is required. Applicants must be honest, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work as part of a team. Standard shifts apply. Salary is C.I. $9.00 per hour, plus health and pension benefits.
