Boat / Yacht Maintenance

Position requirements are

• 6+ years’ experience in washing, waxing, cosmetic repairs and maintaining boats to a high standard.
• Thorough understanding of all aspects of detailing. Knowledge in waxes, gel coat, compounds a must.
• Experience in boat handling and operation, hauling, launching and towing
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and a willingness to work unsupervised is a necessity
• Must have driver’s license with clean driving record, be able to lift at least 40 pounds and able to work outside in heat.
• Must be able to swim at least 200 meters and tread water for at least 5 minutes.

In addition to possessing the above qualifications, applicants must be able to deliver a high level of customer service, communicate effectively and represent the company in a professional manner. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays as required. Benefits include health package and pension.
