Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Use ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and other access equipment. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Safety Compliance Follow occupational health and safety procedures at all times. Use personal protective equipment (PPE), including harnesses and fall protection. Identify and mitigate workplace hazards, especially when working at heights.
Work closely with contractors, builders, and other construction trades. Coordinate roofing activities to meet project schedules and deadlines. Assist with site preparation and cleanup as required.
