Sales Associate (Technical)

eShore Ltd. is a Caymanian-owned IT Software Services and Cyber Security Company that provides a wide range of ICT services to both local and international clients. The company needs a full-time Sales Associate (Technical) who will work alongside management, confirming pre-sales technical scoping, vendor products, and service catalogs. This role requires a technical understanding of information technology software systems and computing principles. The role will arrange client meetings and technical demos, client follow-up and create sales proposals and quotations alongside the sales team. Independently create communications, active directory listings, and direct mailers for client renewals. Confirm customer care assignments are compliant with new data protection regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or IT) required
• Hardware Security Module Associate Certification required
• Technical experience and certifications for security software products preferred
• Previous experience using and selling cybersecurity and email security software – experience with email security, endpoint protection, web security, two-factor authentication
• General IT help desk experience for troubleshooting to assist with software support and IT upselling of software and cloud services is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in technology sales, presenting technical demonstrations, creating quotations and sales orders
• Proficient with using Salesforce, or similar sales CRM, and experience with e-marketing
• Must be skilled and comfortable using MS Office, and other endpoint software, and proficient with most technical terminology
• Must have a clean police record and a valid USA travel visa. The role requires travel, flexible hours working across multiple time zones, and availability to work overtime at least one weekend per month.

• Ability to speak Spanish/Bilingual is a plus

Salary range of US$2,640 to US$3,900 per month plus commissions commensurate with knowledge and experience, which will be complemented with a discretionary commission schedule and sales review of performance targets. Working 40 hours per week. Benefits are in accordance with Cayman Islands Labour, Health Insurance and Pensions Laws.
