Provide accurate information (eg. product description, product use, product availability and pricing) Answer client questions about specific products/services. Make telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing. Cross-sell products Inform clients about discounts and special offers. Driving down cost where possible to meet client’s requirements. Shelf Stocking with appropriate labels and Delivering Orders to Customers Possess exemplary customer service & sales skills. Meet and establish new sales contacts and customers. Optimize sales through prompt and excellent customer service. Stay up to date with new products/services and putting up displays. Prepare learning materials and provide sales and customer service sessions. Manage stock inventory and submit monthly inventory reports. Reporting discrepancies in stock, inventory, cash, etc. and problems to the management Heavy lifting of goods is expected. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years retail/grocery products knowledge preferred Must be knowledgeable about Indian, local & other products, brands and types of food Cayman Island Driver License and able to drive on island..
