Retrieve shopping carts from parking lots and return them to store entrances. Maintain clean and organized cart areas both inside and outside the store. Assist customers with loading groceries or merchandise into vehicles when requested. Clean spills, trash, and debris from the parking lot and front area. Ensure cart sanitization as needed (especially during high-traffic or health-sensitive periods). Collect hand baskets from store areas and return them to designated locations. Provide excellent customer service—greet customers, offer help, and direct them to store departments. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
