Our International Private Client team advise on a complete range of private wealth structures from formation through the full lifecycle. We not only handle non-contentious and advisory work but, together with our contentious team, are able to help with all eventualities our clients may encounter. Those clients include trustees, fiduciaries, family offices, settlors, beneficiaries and their advisers. We are seeking an individual with strong and demonstrable Jersey legal experience, to be based in our Cayman office. This presents a rare opportunity for a lawyer to work from Cayman in a hybrid role, providing advice to both our established Jersey client base and our Cayman-based clients. This role would suit a Caymanian Attorney with a minimum of six years’ relevant post-qualification experience, with substantial Jersey and Cayman Islands law expertise. Experience should include private client work, together with related corporate, regulatory and/or employee incentive structures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management capabilities, and the initiative to resolve issues and work independently while exercising sound judgment as to when supervision is required. Excellent written and verbal English is essential, alongside a high level of IT proficiency, strong commercial awareness and a solution-oriented approach.
