RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Provide excellent customer service in the retail industry.
• Assist clients in selecting perfumes, gift sets, and related products.
• Give accurate information on product features, pricing, and availability.
• Promote products, special offers, and promotions.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process payments.

Responsibility

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection.
• Recommend perfumes and related products based on customer preferences.
• Process sales and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Keep displays neat, tidy, and visually appealing.
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
• Perform cleaning tasks, including wiping windows, mirrors, fixtures, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary store environment.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Lift heavy boxes and stand for extended periods when required.
