Janitor

The prospective applicant’s duties will include general cleaning activities such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets and rugs, and dusting and sanitizing surfaces including shelves, furniture, and electronic equipment. They will also be responsible for post-construction clean-up tasks, such as gathering and removing rubble, dirt, and other obstructions from job sites, cleaning and maintaining newly constructed or renovated buildings, and conducting pressure washing as needed. Additional responsibilities include collecting and disposing of trash and debris, removing protective tapes and stickers from windows and doors, maintaining a cleaning report log, and performing heavy-duty cleaning tasks and special projects as directed by the contractor or employer on-site.
