HOUSEMAN/ PERSONAL DRIVER

• Proven experience as a Personal or Private Driver for an UHNW or HNW individual/family, with verifiable references.
• Minimum 5–10 years’ professional driving experience, ideally within a private household, family office, or corporate executive environment.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 shift rotations, including evenings, weekends, and Public Holidays, with availability for last-minute schedule changes.
• Willingness to be on-call as required, understanding the dynamic nature of an UHNW principal’s lifestyle.
• Impeccable driving record with a clean, valid driver’s licence and no major violations.
• Advanced driving skills, including experience with luxury, high-performance, and armoured vehicles (where applicable).
• Completion of defensive and/or advanced security driving training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local road networks, traffic patterns, alternative routes, and private airport/FBO procedures.
• Experience coordinating with close protection officers and household staff when required.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
• Well-presented, calm under pressure, and emotionally intelligent.
• Ability to anticipate principal’s needs and maintain strict punctuality.
• Physically fit and capable of handling luggage and light security awareness responsibilities.
• No criminal record (background checks will be conducted).

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using navigation systems, encrypted communication apps, and digital scheduling tools.
