Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, full-time Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations, including documentation for inbound shipments and customs clearance. This role includes supervising the team responsible for delivering products and materials to jobsites, maintaining organized storage facilities, and ensuring all inventory is accurately tracked and safely handled.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all documentation related to inbound shipments, customs clearance, and inventory intake.
• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate timely deliveries to jobsites.
• Maintain orderly, clean, and efficient warehouse and storage facilities.
• Inspect incoming materials, document any damage, and coordinate resolutions.
• Ensure all items are properly labeled, stored, and easily identifiable.
• Track and document all tool and material transfers between the warehouse and job sites.
• Promote and enforce safe handling of all equipment and materials.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision or a related role.
• Clean driver’s license with proven ability to operate manual-transmission vehicles.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management systems, including updating and maintaining records.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of strong written communication.
• Working knowledge of construction tools, materials, and machinery.
• Experience with importing inventory and a strong understanding of Cayman Islands customs processes and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and general information technology.

Education: High School Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm (45 hours per week). Salary Range: CI$36-$53K per annum working 45 hours per week depending on qualifications, knowledge and experience. Benefits as deemed by law.
