Key Responsibilities Building Repairs: Performing minor, routine repairs such as fixing leaking taps, unclogging drains, repairing locks, and repairing damaged drywall or flooring. Preventative Maintenance: Inspecting and servicing HVAC systems, emergency lighting, and fire alarms to ensure regulatory compliance. General Maintenance: Painting, decorating, carpentry, and changing lightbulbs. Grounds & Site Upkeep: Landscaping tasks like mowing grass, trimming hedges, clearing litter, and clearing debris etc. from paths. System Checks: Regularly inspecting buildings for damage, such as checking roofs for leaks or debris. Contractor Oversight: Acting as the point of contact for external contractors and inspecting their work.
