Diesel Mechanic

Must possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience in

• Diesel & Gas Engine Repairs & maintenance
• Hydraulic Systems repairs & maintenance
• Industrial Electrical diagnosis & repairs
• Complete engine diagnostics – mechanical & electrical (12V and 24V)
• Welding experience: metal & aluminum fabrication
• Mobile drill rigs: MB-80 and MCI-140 applications & repairs
• Repair of Reed construction equipment & Ingersoll Compressors

The applicant must also

• Possess valid group 4 license & clean driving record
• Be able to read & understand product installation instructions/manuals
• Be able to communicate via email & telephone with local & overseas suppliers
• Be proficient in Microsoft applications
• Prepare & control equipment/maintenance budgets
• Possess Training & Certification in Diesel & Gas engines & Industrial Electrics
• Work under tight deadlines, weekends and holidays. Work independently and as a part of a team
• Be able to manage large fleet: scheduled maintenance control, implement maintenance log, etc.
