The Dining Room Attendant / Server knows how to follow brand directives and standards to the highest level. Serving guests at food & beverage outlets, clearing and setting tables, delivering food and beverages, handling cash and credit card charges, posting room charges to POS, stocking and cleaning the food & beverage outlets, and coordinating guest requests are the primary functions of the job. Position Kitchen Attendant Job summary The Kitchen Attendant sees to the Kitchen experience of the resort. Primary functions include ensuring the impeccable cleanliness of the kitchen including, but not limited to, dishes, glassware, and flatware, storage rooms, floors, equipment, and receiving areas. The ideal candidate has a strong culinary background in 4-5 star hotels/resorts, and is capable of working unsupervised and taking full ownership of the cleanliness of the kitchen, as well as being able to fulfill checklists timely and accurately.
