We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in a dynamic role combining sales, and deliveries. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for Indian and Asian food products and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities by expanding the customer base through outreach and networking. Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs, providing product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience. Deliver an outstanding level of customer service, creating a positive and engaging experience with every interaction. Coordinate and manage deliveries, ensuring products are delivered to customers accurately and on time. Conduct deliveries to local customers, confirming product satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns upon delivery. Accurately process customer orders and maintain smooth operations to minimize wait times and ensure timely fulfillment . Identify new sales opportunities for Indian and Asian food products. Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, utilizing both English and Indian languages (e.g., Hindi, Gujarati) for effective engagement.
Education Qualification:- High School Education or Higher. 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, ideally in the food or retail sectors with Indian/Asian products. Proven record of achieving sales targets and building lasting customer relationships. Strong organizational skills to manage customer accounts and timely deliveries. Ability to communicate effectively in English and knowledge of Indian languages (e.g., Hindi, Gujarati) is a plus. Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing customer data. Valid driver’s license and ability to handle local deliveries, with flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
