Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, coatings, and finishes to residential or commercial properties while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming. Mix and match paints, stains, and other coatings. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Ensure clean, even, and professional finishes. Protect furniture, floors, and other areas during painting. Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed. Maintain painting tools and equipment in good condition. Follow workplace safety procedures and keep work areas clean. Complete projects efficiently and according to specifications. Requirements Previous painting experience preferred. Good knowledge of painting techniques and materials. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights when required. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Working Conditions The position may require standing for long periods, lifting materials, working indoors and outdoors, and using ladders or other equipment.
