Bartender

Responsibilities

• Craft a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage warmly with customers, accurately take orders, and serve beverages and snacks.
• Understand and anticipate customers’ preferences, offering tailored recommendations.
• Skillfully mix ingredients to create both classic and innovative cocktails.
• Curate and present an appealing and diverse bar menu.
• Maintain bar inventory by restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Prioritize the guest experience, ensuring a welcoming and exceptional atmosphere.
• Adhere strictly to all food and beverage regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment.
• Extensive knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and presentation techniques.
• Proficiency with POS systems and related technology.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and outstanding communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep the bar well-stocked, tidy, and clean.
