Kirk Home Centre Ltd. invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Group 4 Driver for the building materials department.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Group 4 Driver for building materials. Must have a clean driving record. Must have 3 years of experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment with attention to detail. Skill in the control and operation of equipment to prevent damage to material is required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more unassisted. Must provide references from previous employers. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be punctual, honest and reliable and work well as part of a team. A current police record must be included with the application. A willingness to work 45 regular hours per week, plus extra hours as needed on weekdays and on Saturdays, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Hourly wage range for this position is CI $8.75 -$11.00 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
