Elevation Health and Physiotherapy (EHP) is seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide evidence-based counselling services to adults and help develop our corporate wellness and organisational psychology programs. The successful candidate will work with clients presenting with anxiety, stress, burnout, adjustment issues, and chronic pain/injury-related concerns. They will also design and facilitate corporate workshops and provide consulting to senior leadership teams on organisational development topics. Key Responsibilities ● Provide assessment and treatment for adult clients using evidence-based approaches. ● Deliver counselling related to anxiety, stress, burnout, adjustment, pain, and injury. ● Design and facilitate corporate workshops, and consult on organisational development initiatives ● Administrate and deliver psychometric assessments. ● Build and grow both clinical and corporate client bases. Requirements ● Registered with CPAM. ● Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology (following a four-year undergraduate program). ● Minimum of 6 years’ experience across a range of settings.
o Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) o Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) o Performance and Sport Psychology, including mindfulness approaches o Pain science, injury education, and chronic pain management o Psychometric assessment tools o Organisational and workplace psychology, at a senior level o Sports and performance psychology ● Experience presenting to and working with senior leaders and facilitating workshops. ● Business development experience is advantageous. Location: Seven Mile, Cayman Islands Hours: 30–40 hours per week Salary: CI$8.75/hour + commission (based on experience) Benefits: Health insurance and pension in accordance with Cayman Islands law.
