Delivery Driver

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our mobile restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering food orders safely and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, assisting with basic operational duties, and representing the business professionally at all times. Key Responsibilities Delivery Duties

• Deliver customer orders accurately, safely, and in a timely manner.
• Verify order details.
• Collect and process payments when required.
• Maintain communication with management regarding delivery status and customer concerns.
• Follow designated delivery routes and traffic regulations.

Customer Service

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns respectfully.
• Represent the company positively during all customer interactions.

Vehicle and Equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Ensure safe handling and transport of food and beverages.

Operational Support

• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and customer orders.
• Support basic cleaning and sanitation duties of the vehicle.
• Assist with inventory movement and stocking as needed.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Cayman Islands driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Grand Cayman roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in accordance with Cayman Islands traffic laws.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (18 kg).

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: KYD $8.75 per hour.
