The duties of the successful applicant include, but are not limited to, general and post-construction cleaning of buildings; sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and pressure washing floors and surfaces; cleaning and sanitizing windows, mirrors, doors, restrooms, and other building areas; removing stickers, tape, labels, dirt, rubble, trash, and debris; replenishing cleaning supplies; maintaining cleaning and inspection reports; and performing heavy cleaning and special projects as required by the employer or contractor.
