Main Duties and Responsibilities

• To carry out numerous gardening duties, requiring

a minimum amount of supervision, following strict horticultural practices as directed by supervisor.

• Soil cultivation, digging, forking, mulching, watering,

raking, weeding, edging, pruning, bed preparation and planting. Lawn maintenance and cultivation.

• The use and maintenance of hand tools and basic light

and heavy duty machinery.

• The use of self-propelled reel and rotary mowers, nylon

and hedgetrimmer, leaf blowers, high reach equipment, and chemical sprayers.

• Adjustments of mower height to achieve desired quality

of cut, and Oil level checks to avoid damage to any equipment.

• Understand and ensure the implementation of the Health

& Safety policy, and emergency fire procedures.

• Promote safe working practices at all assigned properties.
• Promote and ensure a good reputation of the company.
• Notify your immediate supervisor as soon as possible
