Bartender / Server (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and personalize service; anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly.
• Be able to be flexible and work on the floor to serve guests as well as serving guests as the bar.
• Take accurate orders; manage tabs/checks; process payments correctly.
• Deliver drinks/food to spec and on time; maintain station mise en place.
• Keep bar/section spotless: pre-bus, restock, sanitize, and reset.
• Communicate 86s, specials, and guest allergies to the team; follow all H&S standards.
• Contribute to an upbeat, professional atmosphere during sports and live-music events.

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years total experience in either role (bartender or server) in a high-volume restaurant/bar.
• Strong guest-engagement skills; calm under pressure; team-first mindset.
• Confident with POS systems (Aloha or similar), cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Solid product knowledge (cocktails/beer/wine for bartenders; food & beverage pairings for servers).
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to ~25 lbs; available nights, weekends, and holidays.
