As a Mobile Car Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing a variety of vehicle repair and maintenance tasks on-site at customer locations. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues, provide estimates, and carry out repairs efficiently and professionally. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. Diagnose and repair vehicle issues including brakes, air conditioning, electrical systems, and transmission. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of repairs and parts used. Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and maintain cleanliness of workspaces. Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines in all repair and maintenance work. Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues, repair status, and recommendations.
