Procurement/Preconstruction Manager

Lead pre-construction, estimating, cost planning, procurement, & supply chain management activities from project inception through contract award. The successful candidate will oversee tendering, subcontractor engagement, value engineering, cost optimization, procurement strategies, & risk management while ensuring a seamless transition from pre-construction to project delivery. Responsibilities include preparing cost plans & estimates, negotiating supplier & subcontractor agreements, managing procurement processes, monitoring supply chain performance, & supporting project teams to achieve commercial and operational objectives.

• Over 20 years' experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 10 years in a similar senior pre-construction/procurement role.
• Strong estimating, cost planning, procurement, & supply chain management expertise.
• Able to develop Work Scope Documents
• Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, & stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with bid management, governance processes, supplier account management, & large-scale construction projects valued from under $10M to over $100M.
• Relevant construction qualifications.
