The successful candidate will oversee tendering, subcontractor engagement, value engineering, cost optimization, procurement strategies, & risk management while ensuring a seamless transition from pre-construction to project delivery. Responsibilities include preparing cost plans & estimates, negotiating supplier & subcontractor agreements, managing procurement processes, monitoring supply chain performance, & supporting project teams to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
