Job Description

Installing, maintaining and repairing pipes include joints, valves, welding pipes, drains and fixtures in all types of structures.
Coordinating with General Contractor and other building professionals on jobsite.
Knowledge of building codes regulations.
Reading blueprints and building plans to plan piping layouts.
Ensuring all installations meet local regulations and building codes.
Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making repairs.
Tracking materials used and labor hours, as well as providing cost estimates.
Proficiency with plumbing tools, welding equipment and knowledge of plumbing techniques.
Ability to work in tight spaces, at heights, and handle heavy materials.
Work Hours: 45 Hours per Week or 195 Hours per Month
