Sales Representative
To provide quality consultative service to all customers entering store. This includes prompt recognition and assistance with customers, providing product advice and soliciting sales through use of approved selling techniques as outlined in franchise procedures. Also responsible for ensuring that store housekeeping and merchandising of products is maintained to franchise standards.

1 Courteous Provide highest standard of courteous service to each customer whether it be internal or external. 2 Customer Service Acknowledge and recognize customers in a friendly manner as they enter the store. Responsible for receiving and responding promptly and professionally to customer enquires made either by telephone or in person. Offer assistance to customers in locating items and provide consultative advice on items 3 Feedback Responsible for providing feedback and recommendations to management. Responsible for identifying and notifying Management of items that customers requested and were not in stock ( “ writing in lost sales Book” ) 4 Sales Transactions Carry out Sale transactions in a prompt and accurate manner. 5 Work Area Maintenance Responsible for ensuring work environment and or assigned areas, all equipment are clean and maintained in proper working order as per franchise procedures. 6 Stock Maintenance Responsible for ensuring all products sections are well stocked and correctly priced at all times. Including taking inventory, identifying missing stock, restocking products and placing timely replenishment requests with Management. Accountable for ensuring shelves and products are clean and products are front facing as per franchise procedures. 7 Product Knowledge Acquire and maintain thorough product knowledge of mechanize and services offered. 8 Relationships Develop and maintain a team working relationship based on mutual respect for other employees 9 Safety Adhere strictly to all franchise service, housekeeping, security, safety, code of conduct, uniform standards, operating practices and other rules and policies as developed or amended from time to time. Performing duties in a safe manner 10 Sales Solicit sales of products or services by “suggestive”, “related item “ or “ substitute” and or up-selling techniques as appropriate. 11 Promotions Create and build displays for promotions
