Accompany client to doctor’s appointments and other activities. Check the client at times during work and follow instructions as to who is allowed in the home. Maintain a record book daily with time of any medical issues experienced, medication given, food eaten and other related info about client. (Inform office as appropriate) Change clothing / bed linen as necessary to keep the client clean. Clean entire home/area as appropriate: (sweeping, and mopping floors; wipe or dust walls/doors; clean furniture and mirrors; clean windows; clean kitchen area/refrigerator/dishes, pots etc. and cupboards; wash an iron clothes; organize clothing; empty garbage; and other miscellaneous items). Any other reasonable duties assigned or as necessary for the proper functioning of the job
