Must have the ability to read architectural plans, work in cramped spaces, long hours bending and kneeling when necessary, work independently a self starter, work as a team, weekends, holidays and overtime. lift heavy weights, ability to professionally and proficiently use all machinery required for work in carpentry and have time management skills.
