Handyman Assistant

The employee is engaged in the position of Handyman Assistant and shall perform general maintenance and repair work as assigned by the Employer. The Employee's duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Carrying out maintenance, repairs, and installations in areas such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and minor electrical work;
• Assisting in construction , renovatio and assembly tasks as directed;
• Lifting, moving, or carrying materials, tools and equipment weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
• Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard of quality, with attention to safety and client satisfaction.
• Maintaining clean and organizing worksites, vehicles and tools;
• Following all health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of protective gear
• Communicating effectively with clients, coworkers and supervisors to ensure clear understanding of tasks and expectations and;
• Reporting any hazards, damages, or concerns properly to the Employer or designated supervisors

The employee agrees to perform all assigned duties in a professional, courteous, and reliable manner, and to follow any lawful and reasonable instructions given by the Employer to support the day-to-day operations of the business.
