Candidate must be very competent to do repairs and maintenance to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and landscaping. They must have a minimum of 8 years experience. They must be able to understand instructions and to work independently. They must be available 24 hours a day, on call basis. They must be discreet, honest, ethical, polite and courteous. They must have a driver’s license, own their own vehicle and tools. They must not have a criminal record. Referrals are required.
