Maintenance Person

We are looking to hire a skilled Maintenance Person to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying minor repairs to the building and ensuring facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. Maintenance Person Responsibilities

• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• Prevent infestation of insects and termites
• Power wash building
• Prevent persons from trespassing on the property
• Clean and maintain Pig pen on a daily basis
• Clean up eve from bees, wasp and other insect infestation
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
• Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull,
• Keep in constant communication with overseas clients.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects to 75lbs.
