Service Manager

Service Manager Full-Time $60,000 KYD to $84,000 KYD per annum (commensurate with qualifications and experience) OASIS.KY LTD, the Cayman Islands’ leading pool design, construction, and service company, is seeking a seasoned Service Manager to lead our Service and Renovations divisions. This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced, high-standard environment, ideal for a professional with deep technical knowledge, industry certifications, and proven operational management skills in both domestic and commercial pool systems. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Service and Renovations departments.
• Create and manage service routes, renovation schedules, inventory levels, and project timelines.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional service delivery.
• Conduct routine site inspections and ensure all company vehicles are stocked, serviced, and compliant.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage procurement of pool chemicals, equipment, and materials.
• Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Prepare job costing, track expenses, and oversee invoicing and vendor payments.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of progressive hands-on experience in the swimming pool industry, including at least 10 years in a senior service management role.
• Certification as a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) and Technician Membership with the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers (ISPE) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in fault-finding, equipment installation, plant room design, and leak detection in both residential and commercial pools.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical teams and renovation projects across multiple locations.
• Extensive experience with Pentair, Jandy, Hayward, and other control systems, as well as chemical dosing, variable speed pumps, salt systems, heat pumps, and gas heaters.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Must be over 25, possess a valid Cayman Islands Driver’s Licence, and be able to drive standard/manual transmission vehicles. Age requirement due to company vehicle insurance policy.
• Strong leadership, logistics coordination, and client-facing communication skills are essential.
• Fluent in English and Math (reading, writing, speaking, and arithmetic).
