Food & Beverage Server required to take orders from customers including providing explanations needed in relation to food & drinks menus. Ensure bar area stock levels are maintained and high hygiene standards are adhered to. Must be available to work evenings & weekends as well as Public Holidays on rotation with other staff members. An approved Gratuity Scheme is in place. All gratuities retained by staff. Employer pays 50% Medical Insurance (Basic) and 5% Pension Contributions (Matched)
