REBAR & MASON ASSISTANT

General Builders Construction & Development Ltd. is seeking an experienced Rebar & Mason Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience assisting with measuring, cutting, bending, fabricating and placing rebar, as well as organizing materials and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The candidate will also assist with mixing mortar, carrying blocks works, materials and supporting all masonry and concrete related operations on site. The position requires the ability to follow instructions, use basic construction tools safely, and work efficiently as part of a team. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, and willing to work in outdoor conditions. Previous experience in construction, masonry and rebar work is preferred, along with a good understanding of workplace safety practices and the ability to perform manual labor tasks. Work will take place at different locations across the islands. Standard working hours are 45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Read and Interpret Construction & Structural Drawings.
• (Min) 10 Years' Experience in general rebar fabrication, installation, masonry, or general construction work preferred.
• Knowledge of basic construction tools and workplace safety procedures.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
