Seeking a dependable Handyman to perform general maintenance, repairs for residential properties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and minor repair tasks throughout the property
• Assemble, install, and repair fixtures, furniture, and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and tools
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Handyman
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Dependable, honest, and organized
• Ability to work independently and manage time
