Work closely with clients in the legal sector to understand staffing needs and develop proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategies to identify, recruit and select highly qualified talent
Business Development and manage client relationship, be a point of escalation for recruitment issues
Develop hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with client. This may include determining and managing the appropriate channels / media for the most effective solution to meet requirements.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across a multitude of channels to develop relationships with key professionals to create a pipeline of diverse talent for targeted positions.
Researches and creatively sources talent via social media and nontraditional channels, as well as our applicant tracking database, job boards and networking sites.
Proactively reach out to passive candidates to prequalify candidate core skills/credentials against position requirements.
Gathers market intelligence and provides ongoing feedback to recruitment team on the realities of the marketplace and attends meetings with clients to gain better understanding of required talent requests.
Ability to manage and mentor team members, at least four years mentoring a team of legal recruiters

The total compensation is made up of base salary and commission with an opportunity to earn up depending on experience + statutory benefits as required by law
