Seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team for our private boat charters and to attend to our personal vehicles. The successful candidate will need to be willing to assist in all areas of and must be able to communicate clearly. Must speak English however being bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.
● Providing and performing light plumbing and electrical work ● Performing repair assessments ● Cleaning of boat and vehicles regularly ● Performing maintenance jobs and light repairs regularly ● Performing various landscaping tasks regularly ● Assist with checking in and welcoming the passengers to and from vessels ● Clean and maintain boat/s in an orderly condition at all times. ● Excellent customer service, reliable, organized and hardworking. ● Ability to foster teamwork ● Assist the captain in checking and inspecting the vessel’s safety equipment. ● Must be able to swim ● Must be able to operate boat/s and vehicles ● Overseeing the snorkelers while in the water ● Must be willing to interact with stingrays
Follow safety procedures to ensure protection of guests and vessels Must be willing and able to work on weekends and public holidays. Must have excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills Must be able to work unsupervised Must be able to swim and snorkel Must have a minimum of 5 years navigation passenger tour boats CPR / First Aid is essential however can be provided.
