Network & Systems Technician

Provide Level 2/3 technical support across multiple client environments

• Manage and support server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems
• Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, and network security systems
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues
• Support virtualization and cloud infrastructure environments
• Perform backup monitoring, verification, and disaster recovery tasks
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
• Participate in change management and system improvement processes
• Support both remote and on-site client environments
