Job Description

Receive, check, reconcile, scan and post incoming shipments to Inventory
Process import/entry forms and vendor claims
Verify quantities of stocks and reconcile in computer
Edit and confirm pro-forma invoices
Daily inter-store stock transfers
Handle all communications with suppliers
Conduct stock checks
Assist warehouse staff with placement of products in warehouse
Requires a high level of accuracy, productivity and ability to work on own initiative and as a team member, with minimal supervision
Required to work 5-6 days per week as scheduled by management and additional time if required
Must possess good communication skills
Must possess and maintain a clean Police Record
